NATURE OF SERVICES

Demand Brand Studio ("we," "us," "our") provides content production, brand strategy,

and digital marketing services exclusively to licensed healthcare professionals,

including cosmetic surgeons, aesthetic medicine practitioners, and cosmetic dentists

("Client," "you," "your").

NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee, warrant, or promise:

- Specific increases in patient consultations, bookings, or inquiries

- Revenue growth or return on investment

- Rankings on social media platforms or search engines

- Viral content or follower growth

- Any specific business outcome

Results vary significantly based on market conditions, competitive landscape,

specialty, geographic location, existing reputation, pricing, service quality,

and individual Client effort.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You are solely responsible for:

- Ensuring all content complies with your state medical board's advertising regulations

- Obtaining proper patient consent for any testimonials, images, or case studies

- Complying with HIPAA and all patient privacy laws

- Verifying accuracy of all medical information shared during recording sessions

- Maintaining appropriate professional liability insurance

- Meeting all licensing and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction

CONTENT COMPLIANCE

While we create content designed to be compliant with general advertising standards,

medical advertising laws vary by state and specialty. You must review and approve

all content before publication and ensure compliance with:

- State medical board advertising regulations

- FTC guidelines on testimonials and endorsements

- HIPAA privacy requirements

- FDA regulations (where applicable)

- Platform-specific terms of service

We recommend consulting with a healthcare attorney in your state before launching

any medical marketing campaign.

EXCLUSIVITY POLICY

Our "one doctor per specialty per city" policy is designed to protect your

competitive advantage. Once a partnership is established, we will not accept

clients in direct competition within your designated geographic market and specialty.

Geographic boundaries will be defined during the initial strategy call.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed

the total amount paid by Client for services in the 90 days preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Demand Brand Studio from any claims,

damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your use of content we create

- Your violation of medical advertising regulations

- Patient complaints or regulatory actions

- Breach of patient confidentiality

- Misrepresentation of credentials or outcomes

RELATIONSHIP

Nothing in our agreement creates an attorney-client relationship, medical advice

relationship, or guarantees legal compliance. We are content creators and marketing

strategists, not attorneys or medical professionals.

MODIFICATION

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our

services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

By booking a strategy call or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you

have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
